So what exactly is Hydro-speeding? Well, to make it simple, it involves strapping yourself to a body board that in turn will send you travelling downstream in a quick and epic manner.

Pictured below are Swiss mountain guide, Claude-Alain Gailland and canyon activity specialist, Gilles Janin. The two men made their way to the icy rivers of the Aletsch Glacier in Switzerland to take on this treacherous run.
